A note for parents: Whoomp! There It Is! is children's entertainment, but this Site and its feedback survey are for parents and guardians to use on their child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and the survey is designed to be filled out by an adult. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us directly, contact us using the information below and we will delete it.

1. Information we collect

When you complete the Pilot Feedback form, we collect:

Your email address — provided by the parent or guardian completing the form, used solely to notify you if you're selected in the shirt giveaway and to follow up about your entry.
Feedback about the pilot episode — your child's approximate age range, and your and your child's opinions about the episode (favorite character, favorite part, whether you'd watch more, etc.), as reported by you.
Your email address for our email list (optional) — if you choose to join the Whoomp! Kids mailing list, we collect your email address (adults 18+ only) to send episode announcements and updates about Whoomp! There It Is!. Joining is separate from the giveaway and not required to enter.
The eligibility acknowledgment you check confirming you're 18+ and the child's parent or guardian.

We do not ask for your child's name, your child's contact information, or any other personal information about your child beyond what's described above.

2. How we use this information

To notify winners of the shirt giveaway and arrange delivery of prizes, as described in the Official Rules.
To understand how the pilot episode was received, in aggregate, so we can make the show better.
To send episode announcements and updates to people who join the email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To send a discount code to survey participants, if offered.

We do not sell your information. We do not use survey or email-list information for targeted advertising. We may measure traffic from our own ads on social platforms in aggregate.

3. Who sees this information

Survey responses are collected and stored using Tally, a third-party form provider, under their own privacy policy. Email list sign-ups are stored and sent through Mailchimp, under its own privacy statement. Episodes are hosted on YouTube; our site links to our YouTube channel and may embed videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube is governed by its own policies. Our shop at shop.albellpresents.com is operated separately and handles purchases (including use of the WHOOMP15 code) under its own policies. Winner fulfillment (shipping a shirt) may involve a shipping or print-on-demand partner, who receives only the information needed to ship your prize.

4. How long we keep it

We retain survey responses for as long as needed to run the giveaway and review feedback, and generally delete or anonymize entries no later than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g., 12 months] after the Entry Period closes.

5. Your choices
