Whoomp! Kids — Pilot Feedback Shirt Giveaway · Last updated [DATE]

Entry dates should be confirmed and this page still has a few blanks (marked in yellow) that need real business details — sponsor's legal name and address, exact dates, and the shirt's retail value — before entries open. Have these rules reviewed before launch, especially the prize-value and state-registration section below.

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by [SPONSOR LEGAL NAME], [SPONSOR ADDRESS] ("Sponsor").

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the [UNITED STATES / STATES INCLUDED] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are the parent or legal guardian of the child on whose behalf they are entering. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Limit one entry per household.

4. Entry period

The giveaway begins on [START DATE, TIME, TIME ZONE] and ends at midnight Central Time at the end of November 6, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

5. How to enter

During the Entry Period, watch the Whoomp! There It Is! pilot episode and complete the Whoomp! Kids — Pilot Feedback form linked on this site. Completed entries must include a valid email address, the secret code revealed in the pilot episode, and the required eligibility acknowledgment. No other method of entry will be accepted.

6. Winner selection and odds

Up to 100 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, after the feedback window closes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) youth Whoomp! There It Is! T-shirt (approximate retail value: [$ ARV]), plus free shipping. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: [$ TOTAL ARV]. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's discretion.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be notified at the email address provided on their entry, within [X] days of the drawing, and will receive a private link to select a shirt size and complete a free shipping checkout. If a winner does not respond within [X] days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes to be fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it is unable to proceed as planned.

10. State registration

Where the total approximate retail value of all prizes offered exceeds thresholds set by certain states (currently Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), sponsors are required to register the promotion and post a bond. Confirm the total prize value against current state requirements before launch, and register if required.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form and the optional email list is used as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. WHOOMP15 discount offer (separate from the giveaway)

Separately from the giveaway, Sponsor is offering a promotional discount code, WHOOMP15, for 15% off Whoomp! There It Is! T-shirts (adult, youth and toddler) at shop.albellpresents.com. This is a marketing offer, not a prize. It is available to anyone, whether or not they enter the giveaway, and entering the giveaway does not require, and is not improved by, using the code or making a purchase.

Valid through midnight Central Time at the end of November 6, 2026. The code will not work after that time.
Applies only to Whoomp! There It Is! T-shirts. It does not apply to shipping, taxes or other products, and it cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Subject to change or withdrawal at Sponsor's discretion. No cash value.

13. Optional email list

The Whoomp! Kids email list is optional and separate from the giveaway. It is for adults (18+), such as parents and guardians, who want an email when new episodes are posted. Joining is not required to enter or win, and it does not affect your chances. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the Privacy Policy.
